Every year on March 7th, we celebrate National Be Heard Day. This day is dedicated to celebrating and encouraging small businesses to make their voices heard among the sea of larger organizations. Two-thirds of small enterprises fail within the first two years. Attending workshops, webinars, and reading everything from blog posts to books can also help you learn new skills or information.

Dedicating time and space for brainstorming allows you and your staff to express their creativity while also establishing goals to better your company. Each week, set aside an hour or so to put your heads together and come up with new ideas. Inspire employees by offering a comfortable space where they may sit and collaborate freely. Businesses should also consider investing in new technologies and services that will help them boost their marketing efforts.
